Single houses, apartment blocks and boundary structures. Work covers crack cutting and filling, coving at parapet junctions, drain outlet detailing and application of the coating or membrane system selected for the roof condition.
Offices, plazas, showrooms and mixed use developments. These projects usually combine below grade waterproofing with roof and podium level work, and are scheduled around the building remaining in use.
Factories, warehouses and processing units. Work is normally phased around production so that no area is out of use longer than agreed, including shutdown and holiday working where the client needs it.
Hospitals, schools, mosques and government buildings. These projects call for low odour materials, strict site control and working windows that avoid occupied hours or term time.

A written record of the site inspection, the condition of the structure and where the water is actually entering.
The exact products, number of coats, coverage rate, area and price, agreed before any work begins.
Water ponding or flood testing where the system allows it, carried out before the area is handed back.
Photographs of the work in progress, the product data sheets used and your warranty certificate.
