Where the requirement is genuinely clean bare metal, before a high-performance epoxy system, galvanising, or precision fabrication, rust has to come off rather than be converted.
Our rust removers dissolve iron oxide without attacking the parent steel, and are available as a dip liquid for loose items and as a clinging gel for vertical and overhead surfaces where a liquid would simply run off.

Remove oil and grease. Rust remover cannot penetrate a greasy film.
Brush on the gel, or immerse the item in the liquid.
Leave for the recommended time, checking progress. Re-wet the gel if it starts to dry.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry the surface immediately with air or cloth.
Apply primer within a few hours. Clean bare steel flash rusts very quickly in Karachi humidity.
