A plain epoxy floor does three things a painted concrete floor cannot: it is seamless, so there are no joints or pores for dirt and bacteria to sit in; it is chemically resistant, so spills wipe off instead of soaking in; and it is hard enough to take forklift traffic without breaking up.
The system is built up in layers of primer, body coat and topcoat, with the thickness chosen to match the traffic. Coving at wall junctions and correct detailing at drains turn it from a floor coating into a genuinely cleanable, hygienic surface.

We check substrate moisture and strength, then diamond grind or shot blast to open the surface and remove laitance.
Cracks, joints and low spots are cut out and filled with epoxy mortar.
Epoxy primer is applied and allowed to penetrate; a moisture-tolerant primer is used where readings demand it.
The self-levelling or screed layer is poured, spread to thickness and spike-rolled to release trapped air.
The final topcoat is applied, coving formed at walls, and the floor kept closed for the full cure period.
