A sports surface has to do two things at once. It has to give players consistent grip and ball response, and absorb enough impact to protect knees and ankles over a long session. Concrete does neither.
We install cushioned acrylic and polyurethane systems built up in layers over a prepared base, finished with a textured playing coat and accurate, durable line marking for the sports the client actually plays on it.
Supplied to contractors and builders, or supplied and applied by our own teams with a written warranty.

Supplied as a full court system with base coat, cushion layers, playing coat and line paint.
The sequence our teams follow, and the sequence we recommend to contractors buying the material from us.
Base soundness, falls and drainage are checked; ponding areas are corrected first.
The base is cleaned, cracks repaired and primer applied.
Successive cushion coats are applied and allowed to cure to reach the specified shock absorption.
Textured colour coats are applied to give the required surface pace.
Lines are set out to official dimensions, masked and painted, then the court is left to cure before play.
