Cold applied road marking paint needs no heating equipment. It is sprayed or rolled straight from the container and dries in minutes. That makes it far quicker and cheaper to mobilise than thermoplastic, and the obvious choice for car parks, internal roads, warehouse floors and any marking that may need changing later.
Glass beads can be sprayed onto the wet paint to give night reflectivity where the marking is on a trafficked road rather than an internal floor.

Sweep and remove dust, oil and loose material from the marking area.
Lines are set out to the drawing and masked where a sharp edge is required.
The paint is stirred thoroughly and thinned only as recommended for the equipment being used.
Spray or roll an even coat to the specified width; a second coat is applied on porous concrete.
Glass beads are applied to the wet film where reflectivity is required, then the area is kept closed until touch dry.
