Roof slabs crack because they heat and cool every single day. A brittle coating follows the concrete and splits with it; a fibre-reinforced elastomeric coating stretches instead, and the fibre matrix spreads the movement over a wider area so no single point tears.
Applied as a liquid, it forms a seamless membrane with no laps or joints to fail, which is exactly why it works so well around the awkward details where roofs actually leak: parapet junctions, drain outlets, pipe penetrations and khurra corners.

Clean the roof back to sound concrete, remove loose screed and fungal growth, and let it dry completely.
Cut and fill cracks, form 50 mm coving at all parapet junctions, and treat drain outlets first.
Apply the specified primer at the recommended coverage and allow it to become tacky.
Apply the first coat, embed reinforcing fabric at details and over cracks while wet, then coat over.
Apply the remaining coats at right angles to reach full thickness, then flood-test after full cure.
